Strong H2 secures £3.0m operating profit for IQE
IQE plc, a global supplier of advanced wafer products and wafer services to the semiconductor industry, has published its audited results for the year ended December 31, 2009. Financial highlights include record second half revenues of £31.2m resulting in full-year revenues of £52.7m compared with £60.5m in 2008.
