European Young Engineers

European Young Engineers (EYE) is a dynamic and rapidly growing organisation with enthusiastic members, presently consisting of 15 associations in 10 countries and representing more than 150,000 young engineers in Europe. EYE offers its member access to a Europe-wide network by linking the national engineering associations.

The network gives support to students and engineers who want or need to work abroad. It opens borders and it opens minds, aiming to help understand cultural differences and to develop young engineer's personal and professional skills.

EYE runs an international conference for young engineers annually. The 2005 conference was hosted by Wales and sponsored by the Welsh Electronics Forum. Subsequent conferences have been hosted in Belgium and Italy.
